Absence from class

Sadly my brother passed away suddenly and mom and I have had to withdraw from the photo class. Mom and I will hopefully be able to take the class over at another time. I wish you all well.

Mj's Week 3 Collage Assignment

I changed the title to get this on top so everyone could more easily see the collage I posted for the assignment Wed night. Sorry for the confusion. I had some difficulty with Picasa.

I blended the different themes of my photos and I hope you enjoy the results.

Picasa Collages

Okay I think I finally got down the how of making a collage in Picasa. I am not going to say how many hours it took me to "get" it though. Suffice it to say it was a process. It is ADDICTING though. The hardest part was culling photos from the over 600 I had. I have no idea how we are to "blog" on the technical elements of our photos-not that it all makes sense to me yet, but hey I am having fun with it. If any one knows how I can get closer to an object without getting blurry I would appreciate it. I do plan to stay a healthy and respectful distance from all spiders though.
